But unlike older versions of our software, the license will not become invalid if you re-format your hard drive or re-install Windows. The activation file you receive will work only on the PC from which you got the serial number.

A license for VCDS-Lite license entitles you to use the software on a single PC.

If you cannot access some control modules which you know exist in your car, registering the software will not fix the problem. It is incumbent on you to thoroughly test VCDS-Lite in shareware mode with your PC and your interface on all control modules in whatever cars you intend to use it on.
